A landmark collaboration between Temi Tea Estate, Sikkim’s iconic tea producer, and MRC Agrotech Ltd., a Mumbai-based BSE-listed company, was formally completed today at Mayfair. The partnership marks a significant step towards strengthening Temi Tea’s national market presence through a principal-to-principal marketing and distribution model.
MRC Agrotech Ltd, established in 2015 with a steadfast mission to spearhead the development of an Economical, Sustainable, Profitable, and Scalable agriculture farming sector in India. Committed to mitigating the environmental impact of agriculture, dedicated to constructing a robust and flourishing agriculture based economy. Its primary focus revolves around the shift towards chemical-free, regenerative, and commercial scale farming practices, specializing in aromatic crops.
The event was graced by Shri RK Waling, Hon'ble Chairman of the Temi Tea Board, Government of Sikkim, Smt. Radha Pradhan Managing Director along with Shri Pratik Gautam Assistant Manager, Shri Lawrence Leonart, Field Assistant, Shri Mingma Namgyal Sherpa , Marketing Head and Miss Sapman Gurung, Marketing Assistant and staff members of Temi Tea Estate with the MRC executive Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, CEO of MRC Agrotech Ltd. Shri Jainandra Baxi, Independent Director( Non executive) followed by Dr. Raj Lama, President of Seed Cell.
