Smt. Radha Pradhan leads with over .... experience in the industry sector (key skill) (SRLM). Known for her bureaucracy, analytical, strategic thinking,adaptability and resilience and interpersonal skills.She is dedicated to fostering a culture of clear goals and leadership within our team. Prior to joining Temi Tea Estate, Smt. Radhan Pradhan held an ADC post of Pakyong District and Gangtok district, and also worked in SRLM as CEO, under Rural Development Department, Government of Sikkim, also served in the Education Department ,Agriculture Department ,spearheaded a sustainable development and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving departmental goals and success. Smt. Pradhan is passionate about Temi Tea Estate reformation, upliftment, sustain economic benefits, mentoring new leaders, our team continues to strive for effective selling and marketing along with promotions in the various exhibitions, summit, fest etc. around the country and deliver exceptional results for the growth of Temi Tea Estate.
